Infant Program (6 Weeks - 24 Months)
At Hazel’s Christian Preschool, our infant program welcomes babies from 6 weeks to 24 months, offering a safe, serene Christian environment for growth and exploration. Each infant is nurtured by a qualified early childhood educator who tailors care to promote healthy development through play, interaction, and rest. Understanding that infants thrive with responsive schedules, we provide appropriate stimulation, downtime, and loving attention.

Preschool Program (2 - 5 Years)
Preschool programs provide early childhood education and care, helping children develop essential skills to be ready for school.
At Hazel’s Christian Preschool, our program serves children aged 2 to 5 years, focusing on growth in key areas:
Social skills: Building empathy, interacting successfully with peers, and relating easily to adults.
Language skills: Developing the ability to use language for cognitive, educational, and social growth.
Executive function skills: Enhancing memory, planning, problem-solving, creativity, and self-regulation.
Emotional self-regulation skills: Teaching impulse control, adaptability, and attention shifting.
Self-regulation in learning: Cultivating persistence, sustained attention, and the ability to delay gratification for long-term goals.
Our program is especially effective in supporting children from vulnerable families, levelling the playing field as they prepare for school. School readiness encompasses not only basic literacy and numeracy skills but also health, social skills, and emotional well-being.
School Age Program (6 - 12 Years)
Our school-age program serves children aged 6 to 12 years and is designed to support their academic and developmental growth. Recognizing the importance of a smooth transition into kindergarten and beyond, we partner with parents and schools to ensure effective communication and coordination, making these transitions seamless. Our comprehensive all-day program covers Math, Science, Languages, Arts, Geography, History, and Physical Education, reinforcing what students learn at school in alignment with state elementary standards. Building confidence and competence in their studies in preparation for further education.

Before & After School Club
We also offer a convenient before-and-after-school program designed to support busy families and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children outside of school hours.
As part of this program, we provide reliable transportation, ensuring that students are safely taken to school in the morning and brought back in the afternoon. This service is available for students attending all public schools in Modesto, making it accessible to families across the area.
