REGISTRATION & ADMISSIONS
Welcome to Hazel’s! We are very much excited about partnering, as well as helping in the development of your child. Hazel’s serves children age 6 weeks to 12 years. You can choose between full-time child care (6:00 am to 7:00 pm) and part-time programs (8:30 am to 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm). We are now accepting children ages 6 weeks to 8 years old (We welcome 2’s that are not potty learned). Hours we serve the children are from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday. We welcome private pay families and third-party payments.

DUE DATES
We accept applications all year long and when you are at full capacity, we put our cherished clients on our waiting list on first come first serve basis. Tuition varies based upon the number of hours each child spends in our program. Once your child is accepted, the enrollment contract and medical forms need to be submitted to secure your child’s place in the school.
